These Terms of Service govern your use of the Circle Crop Image website and its browser-based image tools. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Circle Crop Image is operated under the name Circle Crop Image. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator of the service.

Circle Crop Image provides tools that let you crop, format, preview, and download images in your browser. Images you select are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to an image-processing server operated by us.

No account is required. Some features, formats, or results may vary depending on your browser, device, available memory, source image, and settings.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You retain any rights you hold in the images you process. You are responsible for your images, your use of the tools, and the results you download or publish.

You must have all permissions and rights needed to use each image. Processing an image with the service does not give you ownership of, or permission to use, copyrighted material, trademarks, personal likenesses, confidential information, or other content belonging to someone else.

You may use the service for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not use it to violate any law or another person's rights; create or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material; attempt to disrupt or overload the website; bypass security or access restrictions; introduce malicious code; scrape the service in a way that materially burdens it; or misrepresent your relationship with Circle Crop Image.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Crop Image will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your local law may provide rights that these terms cannot override.
